UPDATED STORY: Victim dies, is identified
WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (12/1/2015) A man was wounded when more than a dozen gunshots were fired this afternoon, according to reports from the scene.
The shooting happened shortly before 1:30 p.m. in the 700 block of E. 22nd St.
The victim, believed to be in his 20s, was taken to a hospital.
Wilmington police are investigating the shooting.
