DOVER, DELAWARE (11/19/2015) A 20-year-old Wilmington man was arrested on drug and gun charges after he failed to stop his car at a stop sign, Dover police said today.

The arrest of James Beavers, of the 400 block of S. Claymont St., happened about 12:35 p.m. Tuesday at Lincoln Street and Gibbs Drive. Police said Beavers had failed to stop his Nissan Maxima at a stop sign in the area of Simon Circle and Reese Street.

• Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon

• Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited
