MILLTOWN, DELAWARE (11/16/2015) A man killed while walking across Kirkwood Highway near the entrance road for Delaware Park was identified this afternoon.
Donald L. Hitch, 59, of Wilmington, died when he was struck by a vehicle shortly before 6 p.m. Saturday, the Delaware State Police said.
The pedestrian accident is still under investigation, police said.
