2 women robbed in shopping center parking lot

BRANDYWINE HUNDRED, DELAWARE (11/6/2015) Two women were robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot of the Talley Ho Plaza shopping center, Delaware State Police said today.

The robbery in the 5200 block of Concord Pike (U.S. 202)  was reported at 8:52 p.m. Thursday.

Two men, one armed with a handgun, demanded money and the women complied.

The robbers fled on foot, heading west.

No one was injured.

Both robbers were described as black and 20-25 years old.

The gunman was about 5-feet-9, 150 pounds and was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.

The other man was 5-feet-5 to 5-feet-7 and about 150 pounds. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, grey pants and had a bandanna covering his face.
