
WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (11/3/2015) At least two suspects were arrested after a vehicle was chased by Wilmington police for about 15 minutes this evening, according to reports from the scene.
The chase began about 7:30 p.m. and led out of the city, through Elsmere and Westover Hills at speeds reaching 60 mph before ending on South Jackson Street, off Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard/Lancaster Avenue, when the suspects’ vehicle went into leaves as they tried to enter Interstate 95.
Police recovered an automatic weapon and a handgun.
The two arrested were reportedly sought in multiple shootings.
