22-year-old man shot to death in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (10/21/2015) A 22-year-old man was shot to death in Wilmington late Tuesday night, according to city police.

The shooting happened shortly after 11 p.m. in the 100 block of Lower Oak Street, in the Browntown area just west of Interstate 95.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by New Castle County paramedics. He had been shot in the head, according to reports from the scene.
