3 suspects named in Dover pizza delivery robbery

DOVER, DELAWARE (10/21/2015) City police today identified three suspects in the robbery of a pizza delivery woman on Saturday night.

The robbery happened just before 10 p.m. in the 200 block of N. State St.

Police said officers observed the suspects’ vehicle later that evening and tried to stop it, and the driver fled on foot at South Queen and Reed streets.

Evidence from the vehicle and other leads obtained by detectives led to the identification of the three suspects being sought by police, police said.

Those named as suspects, all from Dover and facing first-degree robbery and second-degree conspiracy charges:

• George Wilson, 25, of the 800 block of River Road

• Isaiah Harber, 18, of Stevenson Drive

• Donnell Cuffee, 18, of the 200 block of Beechwood Ave., also is wanted on charges of resisting arrest and reckless driving.
