NEW CASTLE, DELAWAE (8/4/2015) Two people were taken into custody after shots were fired in the Llangollen Estates community this afternoon, New Castle County police said.
The report of shots fired came from the 100 block of Schafer Blvd., but Officer First Class Tracey Duffy said there were no injuries nor any property damage found there.
A black sedan fleeing the area was spotted near Hares Corner and an officer attempted to stop it. Duffy said the car fled and a tire from it struck another vehicle before stopping in the Saddlebrook community, where six people fled. Two of them were apprehended, Duffy said.
