SEAFORD, DELAWARE (6/26/2015) Delaware State Police arrested three people after a two-month investigation into the manufacturing of methamphetamine in the Mobile Gardens mobile home park southwest of Seaford, authorities said.
The arrests happened about 10:15 a.m. Thursday at a residence at 25709 Palmetto Street.
Brooks S. Musser, 29, Matthew A. Revel, 30, and Bruceia R. Fraser, 19, all of Seaford, were taken into custody without incident.
Fraser’s 3-year-old son was in the house and turned over to a relative.
Detectives searched the home and found equipment and component mixtures of the manufacturing stages of meth along with key ingredients in making the drug, police said, as well as 5.3 grams of methamphetamine.
The three were charged with operating a clandestine lab, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (meth), possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy. Bond was set at $45,200 cash.
Police said no evacuations were ordered as there was no hazard to nearby residents.
