FAIRFAX, DELAWARE (6/25/2015) Delaware State Police say two masked robbers with handguns escaped with cash from a Burger King restaurant on Concord Pike early today. It was the second robbery at the restaurant this month.
The robbery at 2802 Concord Pike (U.S. 202) happened about 1:30 a.m.
Three employees were closing the business when the two male robbers forced them back inside and demanded cash from the safe.
After the workers turned over cash, the robbers tied their hands together and fled. The employees were then able to free themselves and call police.
No one was injured.
Both robbers were described as black and about 5-feet-10. One was wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. The other was wearing a green sweatshirt and camouflage pants.
