DOVER, DELAWARE (6/12/2015) A crash caused a major jam for beach-bound motorists south of Dover late this afternoon but all lanes are now open.
The accident blocked the left lane on the bridge over the St. Jones River.
At 5:45 p.m., backups were beginning near Dover Air Force Base.
Delaware State Police investigated the crash.
The scene was cleared by DelDOT crews at 6:14 p.m.
