FAIRFAX, DELAWARE (6/8/2015) A New Castle man was charged with his fourth DUI and drug possession after he was found passed out in a car in Fairfax, Delaware State Police reported.
Jeremy P. Jones, 36, was arrested early Sunday at the Circle K Convenience Store, 1801 Concord Pike.
Police said he was passed out behind the wheel of a Chevrolet Cruz in which they found 201 bags of heroin and 3 grams of marijuana in the center console.
Jones was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and fourth offense DUI.
He was being held at Young Correctional Institution in Wilmington in lieu of $5,501 secured bail.
