DOVER, DELAWARE (6/8/2015) A 30-year-old Dover man was arrested in the rape of a 17-year-old girl, city police said today.
Lamar A. Trower, of the first block of Stevenson Drive, was charged with fourth-degree rape and unlawful sexual conduct against a child by a sex offender.
The incident happened before Saturday at an undisclosed location in Dover, Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.
Tower was being held at Vaughn Correctional Center near Dover in lieu of $80,000 secured bond.
