BEAR, DELAWARE (6/5/2015) New Castle County police released a surveillance photo today of a person of interest in unauthorized use of a credit card stolen from a car in Bear.

The theft happened Thursday in the 200 block of Rushes Drive in the Scarborough Manor neighborhood, said Officer First Class Tracey Duffy.

Police later determined the victim’s credit card was used in two nearby convenience stores and a pharmacy. The surveillance image was then obtained by investigators, Duffy said.
