DOVER, DELAWARE (4/28/2015) A 27-year-old man was shot three times this afternoon in the 100 block of S. Queen St., Dover police said.
The shooting happened about 3 p.m.
The victim is being treated at Bayhealth Kent General Hospital, Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.
Police have a person of interest in custody, Hoffman said, but no further details are being disclosed.
