DELAWARE (4/3/2015) Winds gusting to 45 mph, showers and isolated strong thunderstorms are in today’s weather forecast.
The strongest wind gusts are expected in southern Delaware this morning, the National Weather Service says.
The thunderstorms are possible tonight, with 45 mph wind gusts as a cold front passes through the area early Saturday.
Today’s high temperature will be in the mid-70s with a 90 percent chance of showers through the day and 70 percent tonight. As much as an inch of precipitation is predicted.
Skies will gradually clear on Saturday and be sunny on Easter Sunday. Highs in the 50s Saturday and 60s Sunday, with a low just below freezing Saturday night.
