WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (4/3/2015)  Two men have been arrested and a third is being sought by police in a year-old homicide in Wilmington.

The arrests today came a year after the April 3 slaying, police said.

Jeffrey Clark and  Rayshaun Johnson were booked on murder and weapons charges, police said.

Police have a warrant for the third suspect, Christopher Harris, on murder charges in the same incident.

Anyone with information on Harris is asked to call Detective Kirlin at 302-576-3653.

Last year, police identified the April 3 homicide victim as Theodore Jackson, 39, who was found unresponsive in the street at Elm and South Harrison about 8:45 p.m. suffering from gunshot wounds to the torso.

As officers administered first aid and CPR, police said,  a hostile crowd of about 200 people began throwing rocks, striking several officers. Additional officers were called to the scene to provide security for EMS personnel.

Jackson was taken by ambulance to Christiana Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
