FELTON, DELAWARE (3/9/2015) Fire damaged a home on Route 12 east of Felton this morning.
The fire in the 3700 block of Midstate Road (Route 12) was reported just before 8 a.m. and was under control about a half hour later.
Felton, Frederica, Bowers Beach and Magnolia firefighters responded.
The state Fire Marshal’s Office ruled the fire was accidental, saying it started in the electrical circuit panel and was caused by failure in fixed branch circuitry.
Damage was estimated at $75,000.
