EDGEMOOR, DELAWARE (2/16/2015) The name of a pedestrian killed on Interstate 495 last month remains a mystery, and state police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the victim.
The victim was struck by multiple vehicles as he was crossing the northbound lanes north of Edgemoor Road about 8 p.m. Jan. 22.
None of the vehicles stopped at the scene.
