WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (1/25/2015) An 18-year-old man has died after being shot at least once in the head Saturday night, city police said this morning.
The victim was identified as William Rollins Jr. of Wilmington.
This was the city’s fifth homicide of 2015.
The latest shooting happened about 8 p.m. at 21st and Washington streets.
Officers administered CPR until paramedics arrived and Rollins was taken by ambulance to Wilmington Hospital.

Saturday’s shooting came a day after a 16-year-old boy was shot to death.
