WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (1/19/2015) City police today released the name of the man apparently shot to death early Saturday in Wilmington’s third homicide of 2015.
Devon Lindsay, 20, of Wilmington, was found dead in a minivan about 12:30 a.m. in the 700 block of E. 26th St.
Police said Detective Brian Conkey of the Criminal Investigation Division Homicide Unit is now the chief investigating officer. Anyone with information is asked to call 302-576-3660.
