BELLEFONTE, DELAWARE (12/16/2014) A 29-year-old woman walking in the Walgreens Pharmacy parking lot just east of Bellefonte was robbed of her purse, state police said Monday.
The crime happened about 5:25 p.m. Sunday at 802 Philadelphia Pike.
A man grabbed the purse that she was carrying under her arm. She ran into the store and the robber fled on foot with the purse, heading east on Duncan Road.
The woman was not injured.
The robber was described as 6 feet tall and weighing about 140 pounds. He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and blue denim vest.
