HARRINGTON, DELAWARE (6/5/2015) A 54-year-old woman was charged with a fifth DUI offense after officers stopped her vehicle for a traffic violation, Harrington police said.
Robin L. Evan, of the 14000 block of Staytonville Road in the Lincoln area, also was charged with failure to have identification in possession and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
The arrest happened about 10:40 p.m. Tuesday on Benjamin Street near Center Street, Lt. Earl Brode said.
Evan’s four previous driving under the influence arrests dated to 2000, Brode said.
She was being held at Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $5,750 secured bond.
