PORT PENN, DELAWARE (5/31/2015) A 43-year-old man was shot and critically wounded early today at the Port Penn VFW, Delaware State Police said.
The incident happened about 12:35 a.m. at 15 W. Market St.
The man, suffering from wounds to his upper torso, was found lying in the parking lot and taken by ambulance to a local hospital, police said.
Troopers are investigating and no suspect information was released.
