HARRINGTON, DELAWARE (4/1/2015) A Felton man has been charged with a third DUI offense, Harrington police said.
James H. Baines Jr., 49, of the first block of Pinewood Acres Road, was arrested about 12:50 a.m. Sunday after officers clocked his vehicle doing 45 mph in a 25 mph zone and smelled alcohol, Lt. Earl Brode said.
His two previous DUI convictions dated back to 2004, Brode said.
Baines also was charged with speeding, driving with a suspended or revoked license and numerous other traffic counts.
He was being held at Sussex Correctional Institution near Georgetown in lieu of $7,300 cash bail.
