UPDATED STORY: 20-year-old man killed in crash near Dover
DOVER, DELAWARE (6/18/2016) One person died in a two-vehicle crash along Dover’s northern border this evening, the Delaware State Police said.
The crash was reported at 6:23 p.m. on Dyke Branch Road at Lewis Drive/East Denneys Road. The intersection is just east of a Route 1 overpass.
Dyke Branch Road was closed for several hours but police announced at 10:35 p.m. that it had been reopened.
Other details are expected to be released later.
