BEAR, DELAWARE (6/3/2016) A crash is slowing northbound Route 1 about a quarter mile south of U.S. 40, according to reports from the scene.
Two vehicles were involved and were being pushed off the roadway at 8:15 a.m.
The backup began at the U.S. 13 overpass.
