BROOKSIDE, DELAWARE (4/24/2016) A gunman robbed a restaurant on Saturday night, Delaware State Police said this morning.
The crime happened just after 9 p.m. at the Philly Style Express Restaurant, 681 E. Chestnut Hill Road (Route 4).
The robber confronted the manager and an employee and demanded money from the register. The manager turned over cash and the robber fled to the west. No injuries were reported.
The robber was described as a white male, 5-feet-10 to 6-feet-2 and 180 to 210 pounds. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and had a mask over his face.
