MILFORD, DELAWARE (12/11/2015) City police are asking for tips from the public to help solve a 2-year-old homicide case. A reward is offered.
Martin E. Fowler, 23, was shot and killed on Nov. 9, 2013, at the Valley Run apartment complex, Detective Dwight Young said.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Young or Detective John Horsman at 302-422-8081.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest.
