DOVER, DELAWARE (12/11/2015) A 16-year-old boy shot in the shoulder on Thursday has been released from the hospital, Dover police said today.
The shooting happened shortly after 4 p.m. Thursday on Village Drive in The Hamlet community, Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.
When officers responded to the report of shots fired, no victims or evidence could be located, he said.
About 3 hours later, the 16-year-old arrived at Bayhealth Kent General Hospital.
Hoffman asked anyone with information on the shooting to call police at 302-736-7111.
