WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (12/9/2015) In the second city shooting of the evening, one person was shot in the 300 block of Concord Avenue, according to reports from the scene.
More than a dozen shots were reported about 8 p.m., with the victim taken to a hospital in a private vehicle.
Wilmington police cordoned off the area as they investigated, with evidence markers noting shell casings on the pavement.
