ELSMERE, DELAWARE (11/6/2015) A motorcyclist was in serious condition after colliding with a Cadillac west of Elsmere this morning, according to reports from the scene
The crash happened about 11 a.m. on Kirkwood Highway at Clifton Avenue.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 20s, was taken to Christiana Hospital.
