
DOVER, DELAWARE (10/14/2015) A Wesley College student was arrested on drug charges, Dover police said Tuesday.
The arrest happened at 7:36 p.m. Thursday in Williams Hall, North Bradford and Cecil streets.
Police said college security detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from a room belonging to Joshua Glover of Annapolis, Maryland.

Officers found a bottle containing 34 bags of marijuana totaling about 23 grams, two digital scales, clear bags, bottles to store marijuana and $795 cash in the room, said Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman, a Dover police spokesman.
Glover was charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $5,250 unsecured bond.
