DOVER, DELAWARE (6/22/2015) Two Michigan men were arrested on drug charges after undercover officers made a purchase at a Firefly Music Festival campground, Dover police reported this morning.
Police said the pair sold what they claimed was “Molly” or MDMA and which tested as mephedrone, also known as Flakka or bath salts.
Daniel Wood, 31, of Jackson, and Dion McPherson, 39, of Ann Arbor, possessed 44.1 grams of mephedrone, 58.8 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 225 doses of LSD and 30.5 grams of marijuana, police said.
Officers also seized $3,397 in cash suspected drug proceeds, Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.
They were charged with:
- Possession of Tier 5 quantity of mephedrone
- Possession of Tier 5 quantity of psilocybin mushrooms
- Possession of Tier 3 quantity of LSD
- Possession with intent to deliver marijuana
- Delivery of mephedrone
- Conspiracy
They were being held at Vaughn Correctional Center near Smyrna in lieu of $100,000 cash bond.
