
MILFORD, DELAWATE (6/17/2015) A 20-year-old Ellendale man has been charged in multiple burglaries, Milford police reported today.
Alexander Jackson II was charged June 9 with burglary, conspiracy, theft under $1,500 and related counts in connection with a break-inĀ March 3 at a residenceĀ in the Milford Crossing apartment complex.
Detective Dwight Young said Jackson and another person involved then pawned the items at a local shop.
Jackson also was charged with burglarizing two rooms at the Travelers Inn motel on June 8. He was charged with burglary, theft under $1,500, felony theft $1,500 or greater and related counts.
Young said Jackson also sold that stolen property at a local pawn shop.
Jackson was being held at Sussex Correctional Institution near Georgetown in lieu of $22,750 secured bond.
