DOVER, DELAWARE (6/8/2015) A 43-year-old Dover man is being sought on a rape charge, city police said this morning.
David Perrera allegedly raped a 42-year-old woman.
He is wanted on charges of second-degree rape and terroristic threatening, Cpl. Mark Hoffman said.
