ELSMERE, DELAWARE (4/19/2015) A car damaged the foundation of a house in the Roselle community west of Elsmere this afternoon and the male driver was seriiously injured, according to reports from the scene.
The accident happened about 5 p.m. at Brookside and Marion avenues.
Elsemere fire company and New Castle County paramedics responded.
New Castle County police are investigating the crash and a county building inspector was on the scene.
