
WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (4/10/2015) Community complaints about a home being used for drug sales led to arrests and seizure of heroin and crack cocaine, Wilmington police reported Thursday.
The arrests came about 2 p.m. Wednesday at the home in the 900 block of N. Madison St.
Police said they seized 34 bags of crack cocaine, 12 bags of heroin and $906 in cash.
Janice Cottingham was charged with possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, maintaining a dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Cecil Diggs was charged with possession of heroin.
Javon Brown was taken into custody for a Court of Common Pleas and Family Court warrant.
Damon Archy was taken into custody for a Court of Common Pleas warrant.
