DOVER, DELAWARE (4/7/2015) Two people were arrested after officers found 2.7 pounds of marijuana in their possession, Dover police said today.
The arrests came about 1 p.m. Monday at 55 Loockerman Plaza.
Dorothy Cooksey and Calvin Ewing, both age 40, were charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a Tier 1 quantity of marijuana.
Ewing was being held at Vaughn Correctional Center near Smyrna in lieu of $15,200 cash bond.
Cooksey was released on $10,000 unsecured bond.
