DELAWARE (1/22/2015) With more snow and freezing rain in the forecast, some schools are delaying the start of classes today.
The Caesar Rodney, Capital, Lake Forest, Milford, Polytech and Milford districts announced two-hour delays.
Some charter and private schools also will be opening later.
