
MILFORD, DELAWARE (12/30/2014) Milford police charged a Felton man with having a concealed deadly instrument after a BB gun fell from his waistband, authorities said today.
The arrest came about 1:35 p.m. Monday when Jeremiah G. Stevenson, 27, was seated in a parked vehicle at the Travelers Inn.
Uniformed officers responding to a report of a man with a handgun arrived and when speaking to Stevenson the black handgun fell, Sgt. Michael McMillan said.
The weapon was determined to be a 6 mm BB gun that was a replica of a 1911 .45 caliber.
Stevenson was arraigned and released on unsecured bond.
