
SMYRNA, DELAWARE (12/29/2014) A Dodge Magnum stolen in Dover was recovered in Smyrna over the weekend, town police said.
The car was spotted about 9:50 a.m. Saturday in the first block of Monrovia Avenue.
Police took the two occupants into custody, Cpl. Brandon Dunning said, and determined the driver gave officers a false name.
He said the man was identified as Kevin T. Wayman, 25, of the first block of Forest Creek in Dover.
Wayman was charged with criminal impersonation and on a warrant from Dover in the car theft and was being held at Vaughn Correctional Center near Smyrna in lieu of $1,500 secured bail.
