WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (12/18/2014) An off-duty police officer arrested a 24-year-old woman he observed robbing an elderly man of money and a cellphone, police said today.
The incident happened Wednesday in the 800 block of W. Fourth St.
Kimberly Pacheco of Wilmington was arrested by Master Cpl. Jesse Russell and charged with robbery.
