DOVER, DELAWARE (12/17/2014) City police are seeking a Hartly man in connection with a shooting on Kirkwood Street in August.
Thomas C. Harris, 22, is wanted for assault, possession of a deadly weapon during a felony and possession of a firearm by a person prohibited.
Police asked anyone who knows his whereabouts to call 302-736-7111.

On Aug. 27, several shots rang out near Division Street, and a male was wounded in the foot. Nearby schools went on lockdown as police searched for the shooter.
