WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (12/14/2014) City police are seeking witnesses to a crash Friday involving an overturned vehicle in the 500 block of S. Market St.
The female driver of the overturned car said a black vehicle with tinted windows swerved into her lane and struck her car about 6 p.m.
The impact forced her car off the road and into a large bush that caused the car to flip over.
There were no injuries.
