GREENWOOD, DELAWARE (1/17/2017) A 32-year-old man was taken to a hospital after he was wounded by gunfire northeast of Greenwood, Delaware State Police said this morning.
The shooting in the area of Unity Lane happened between 7 p.m. and 11 p.m. Monday.
Police said the victim suffered a gunshot wound to his lower torso and contacted a relative to take him to the hospital. His wound was described as not life-threatening.
There was no suspect information.
