STANTON, DELAWARE (12/28/2016) Spilled bales of hay blocked traffic in Stanton this morning, according to reports from the scene.
The hay spilled from an unknown vehicle about 7 a.m. on the curve from eastbound Route 4 to northbound Route 7.
Delaware State Police troopers were on the scene investigating.
