WILMINGTON, DELAWARE (8/30/2016) One person was reported in custody early today after a high-speed chase on Interstate 95 and through Wilmington streets late Monday night, according to reports from the scene.
The police pursuit happened on I-95 near Frawley Stadium before midnight, with speeds reaching 90 mph.
The chase left the highway at Delaware Avenue with multiple agencies involved, including a Delaware State Police helicopter and Wilmington police.
The car being chased crashed into a parked vehicle at Ninth and Harrison streets, with the driver fleeing on foot before being taken into custody.
