NEW CASTLE, DELAWARE (2/9/2016) A crash is causing delays on northbound Interstate 95 near New Castle, the Delaware Department of Transportation reports.
The accident happened about 7:30 a.m. near the northbound Interstate 495 split.
The two left lanes are closed, DelDOT says.
