ELSMERE, DELAWARE (8/11/2015) An SUV crashed and overturned in heavy rain this afternoon on northbound Route 141 west of Elsmere, according to reports from the scene.
The accident happened just before 3:30 p.m. at Woodward Avenue.
The driver, the only person in the vehicle, was being evaluated by emergency medical personnel.
Northbound Route 141 traffic was delayed in the area as emergency workers dealt with the wreck, which was off the roadway.
